كانت إقامتنا أكثر من رائعة، والسبب ا/ ماريا في الاستقبال. كانت راقية جدًا في أسلوبها، بشوشة، ومتعاونة بشكل يفوق التوقعات. قامت بترقية غرفتنا من غرفة عادية إلى غرفة بإطلالة جميلة، كما حرصت على أن تكون غرفتي وغرفة أختي متجاورتين نظرًا لوجود الأطفال معنا، وهذا كان محل تقدير كبير. ولم يقتصر اهتمامها على ذلك، بل قامت بإرسال ضيافة ترحيبيةوحرصت بنفسها على أن تكون الغرفة نظيفة، وباردة عن د وصولنا، وتتمتع بإطلالة جميلة بصراحة، تعاملها واهتمامها بالتفاصيل كانا السبب الرئيسي في قراري بإلغاء حجزي في فندق آخر وتمديد إقامتي لديهم، وهذا أكبر دليل على جودة الخدمة التي قدمتها لنا. كما تم إرسال طبق فواكه إلى غرفتي، . الخدمة بشكل عام سريعة، والنظافة ممتازة، والفندق أنيق وهادئ، ومواقف السيارات مريحة وأحب أيضًا أن موظفة ستاربكس في كافيه فانيليا، فقد كانت بشوشة ولطيفة في التعامل، وبذلت جهدها لتلبية طلباتنا وخدمتنا بكل رحابة صد

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an exceptional stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Anisa Maria at the reception. She was incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming. She kindly upgraded our room from a standard room to a beautiful room with a view, and she also made sure that my sister’s room and mine were close to each other since we were traveling with children. She even arranged a welcome treat to be delivered to our room. Anisa made sure our room was clean, cool, and had a wonderful view—and it truly exceeded our expectations. Her outstanding service and genuine care were the main reasons I decided to extend my stay at this hotel and cancel my reservation at another hotel. We also received a complimentary fruit platter in our room, which was a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. The service throughout the hotel was fast and efficient, the parking was convenient, the cleanliness was outstanding, and the hotel itself is elegant and well-maintained. The only minor point is that valet parking is not available after around 12:00 AM. I would also like to thank the Starbucks barista at Vanilla Café, who was very friendly, cheerful, and did her best to accommodate our requests. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. If you have the opportunity to have Anisa Maria assist with your reservation or check-in, you are truly in the best hands. She made our stay unforgettable.

First of all I would thanks mr. Auday Hajri, the manager , he is best friendly and happiest and all respect for him, because of him all the stuff is very kind and good, And for the reception is very nice and they exceed my thought about the hotel. I have been staying almost one month and it’s very excellent Hotell and I will prefer to all my friends who are coming from outside because it’s like seven star not five star hotel.
