Location, room, cleanliness and facilities
Check-in! Really understaffed, took 20 mins to check in which made us late for our reservation we had booked. They should really deal with complaints at a separate desk to check-in in future.

Checkin attempt to add additional charges. Checkin wait. Room not clean. No daily water in room during heatwave. Breakast tea coffee machines not maintained juice watered down.

We wasn't going to use the restaurant, but changed our minds on the last night after a busy day and the food was great. The spa was also a nice bonus which we enjoyed with our grandchildren.
