Caution on Billing: Unresolved Double Charge & Zero Response from Hotel I had a good stay at this hotel in terms of location and facilities. However, I am leaving a low rating due to a serious billing issue and unacceptable customer service post-checkout. Upon checking my credit card statement after my stay, I discovered that I was charged twice for the exact same stay. I contacted the hotel management via message three separate times to request a review and refund for this duplicate charge. Unfortunately, all of my messages were completely ignored, and I received no response or acknowledgment whatsoever. Due to the lack of response from the hotel regarding an unauthorized charge, I had to initiate a dispute through my credit card company and escalate the issue directly to IHG Corporate Customer Care. While the hotel itself is fine, please be very vigilant about your credit card statements if you choose to stay here.

Zentrale Lage. Zu den Petronas Tower und zum Hard Rock Cafe ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß. In circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß guter Irish Pub mit Außenbereich zum sitzen.
Das Badezimmer. Keine Fliesen eine Art Kunstoffbelag. Nicht sehr ansprechend.
