“Didelis viešbutis, pusryčiai geri”

Viešbutis paliko gerą įspūdį. Erdvus, elegantiškas ir jaukus, su aukštomis lubomis bei išpuoselėtomis bendrosiomis erdvėmis, kuriose malonu leisti laiką. Kambariai dideli, patogūs ir komfortiški. Ypač patiko gausūs ir kokybiški pusryčiai. Taip pat jaučiamas dėmesys saugumui, veikia patikros sistema, todėl svečiai gali jaustis ramiai ir užtikrintai. Bendra atmosfera labai maloni, svetinga ir reprezentatyvi.

Vonioje dušo šlangelė leido vandenį pro šonus. Visą savaitę neveikė lauko baseinas. Buvo teigiama, kad dėl techninių kliūčių, tačiau susidarė įspūdis, jog viešbutis tiesiog nebuvo tinkamai pasirengęs sezonui. Suprasčiau, jei baseinas neveiktų 1–2 dienas, tačiau atvykus savaitei į konferenciją ir tikintis po darbų atsikvėpti lauke, už tokią kainą tikėtasi didesnio komforto. Taip pat nustebino, kad 5 žvaigždučių viešbutyje kambariuose nėra kavos aparato. Šiais laikais tokią paslaugą dažnai siūlo net daugelis 3 žvaigždučių viešbučių visame pasaulyje. Vieną rytą apie 30 minučių negalėjome sulaukti liftų, norėdami nusileisti į pusryčius dėl didelių žmonių srautų. Kambarių tvarkymo personalas informavo, kad laiptais naudotis negalima ir reikėjo laukti liftų. Privažiavimas prie viešbučio gana sudėtingas dėl siaurų gatvių, o aplinkiniai šaligatviai taip pat labai siauri, todėl vaikščioti pėsčiomis nėra itin jauku. Apskritai, viešbučio kaina neatitiko suteikto komforto ir lūkesčių, kurių tikimasi iš 5 žvaigždučių viešbučio.
