Good location, well thought out room design

A great hotel with a very affordable rate, loved it all really.

Breakfast was fantastic, gorgeous selection, staff very helpful and attentive. Beautiful aesthetics to the hotel, the smell upon entering the lobby was gorgeous

Check in experience, I booked 2 rooms as I was travelling with family. I know it's not guaranteed and only a request but found it strange that rooms allocated where on opposite ends of the floor considering the size of the hotel and the reservation was made 4 months ago. Girl checking it was vague with details, no details regards breakfast times etc or directions to elevator. Travelling long haul with children the small details help, I found elevator only to be told my another guest it was for car park which was embarrassing. We were hungry for small meal and asked at reception was there anywhere within hotel to order small plates instead of doing buffet in lime, she didn't know and told me to ask concierge. I asked James behind the small bar at reception instead he could not have been more helpful, he immediately found a lovely table for my family, and took extra care of us for a couple of hours, he is 5 stars! He has a natural gift for good hospitality.

위치도 좋고 주변에 맛있는 음식도 많아 여행에 용이했으며 들어갈 때부터 직원분들의 친절까지 완벽했다. 한 두 명의 불쾌한 직원을 마주칠 법도 한데 모두가 친절했고 문의사항에 적극 응대해주셨다.

안쪽룸이라 중간에 가로지르는 길이 없어 엘리베이터까지 좀 둘러가야했지만 크게 상관은 없었다.

Très bel hôtel, le personnel est irréprochable, la piscine est magnifique et agréable. Les chambres sont vraiment spacieuses, mais nous nous attendions à plus luxueux. Pensez à faire le préenregistrement en ligne pour bénéficier de quelques douceurs dans le minibar.

Nous nous attentions à mieux, c'était bien, très bien même, mais pour le même budget les hôtels de Sentosa nous ont fait plus rêver que celui-ci.

It was very clean. The location was great. The pool and gym were very nice. The breakfast was very expansive and very good.
