Ich war insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und stets hilfsbereit, wodurch man sich sofort willkommen gefühlt hat. Auch bei Fragen oder Anliegen wurde schnell und kompetent unterstützt. Der Service war insgesamt sehr gut und hat meinen Aufenthalt angenehm abgerundet. Ich kann das Hotel daher uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.“

“Bekvämt och på bästa läge i myllrande Chinatown.”
Välskött hotell på perfekt läge i Chinatown. Ca 250m till Maxwell MRT station, varifrån man kan nå stora delar av staden. Ca 400 meter från Maxwell Food Center - en snart 100 år gammal och välkänd food court. Härlig takterrass med pool. Fantastisk personal av alla kategorier, och särskilt den sprudlande glada kvinnan på house keeping som tog hand om vårt rum.

“Lovely place to stay Monday-Wednesday if you’re a light sleeper”
Lovely clean, compact room and the staff were excellent.
- We were based on the fourth floor and on the Thursday night, music started around 10pm and was pounding through the floor and windows so we rang reception who informed us the hotel had a nightclub in the basement!! We had to move rooms as the noise was so loud and even on the 8th floor we could still faintly hear the music - We ordered room service one night and two portions of chips and two diet cokes cost $60 !!

“Not cheap, a bit trendy but with a great breakfast, so if you like the Chinatown area it’s a good choice.”
Modern, clean and a great breakfast. We like the area but it is a distance up to Orchard Road.
The rooms are tight for space and some of the staff could be more welcoming. Stayed here twice now and had the same experience both times.
