I rarely post hotel reviews, but after a two week stay at the Sindhorn Kempinski Bangkok, i felt it necessary to as I can honestly say this is the best hotel we’ve ever experienced for service. We’ve travelled extensively throughout the world and across Southeast Asia, so we’re very familiar with the incredible hospitality the region is known for. Even by those exceptionally high standards, Sindhorn Kempinski went far above and beyond anything we’ve experienced before. What sets this hotel apart isn’t just the beautiful property, it’s the people. Housekeeping was impeccable every single day, the reception staff welcoming and accomodating and the breakfast team went above and beyond all the time. Simple touches such as remembering our coffee order, our favourite table, and even that I liked a separate glass of ice with my juice made us feel genuinely valued. If you can, book an Executive Club Suite. The Executive Lounge is one of the best we’ve experienced anywhere. The afternoon tea and evening food offerings were so outstanding that we often chose to dine there instead of going out. A very special thank you to Ying, Marina, and Blair from the Executive Lounge team. They provided the most exceptional service we’ve ever received. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made our stay truly unforgettable. At the end of our trip, my husband had a medical emergency that required a hospital visit. The staff responded immediately, arranged an ambulance, and showed genuine compassion throughout. As it was our final day, they also kindly extended our check-out so we could focus on his care before returning to pack our belongings. We will never forget their kindness. The consistency of the service across every department was remarkable, and that’s a credit to the hotel’s leadership. The General Manager should be incredibly proud of the culture they’ve created, it’s rare to experience this level of professionalism, care, and genuine hospitality throughout an entire hotel. If you’re visiting Bangkok, do yourself a favour and stay at the Sindhorn Kempinski. It has set a new benchmark for luxury hospitality, and we can’t wait to return.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Waldorf Astoria level luxury. Very comfortable. Very attentive staff. Amazing decor and appointments. Top shelf. Would highly recommend.

I loved kids club bc of lada ruby and muna they were so funny from Phiphi!!!!

It was a lovely birthday’s lunch. Khun Bussaba and Khun Ajchara were very nice and helpful. Thank you so much for the birthday cake ka.
