Having not stayed for a while The Gate still continues to be a great location. Really clean throughout, modern and great atmosphere. Fantastic nights sleep, continues to be one of my favourite hotels in London.
The self service check in is new since the last time staying, having always been checked in by team members before. The staff are really helpful with it however the previous experience did feel more premium being able to check in with a team member direct.

Ich war bereits zum 3. Mal in dieser Unterkunft. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir hatten ein geräumiges Urban-Studio im 15. Stock. Das grosse Doppelbett war für unseren Geschmack etwas hart. Sonst war alles wunderbar. Die Ubahn Station-Aldgate East ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt
Ein kleines Detail: Der tropfende Wasserhahn bei der Küchenzeile.

Wir hatten ein Apartment in der 20. Etage. Der Ausblick war fantastisch. Alles war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. WLAN hat auch prima funktioniert. Keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur UBahn. Sehr nettes Personal. In der 5. Etage gab es kostenlos Kaffee/Saft.
