Location and room. The lobby area was great. The view from the sky deck lobby was wonderful.
My partner did not like the soft pillows. He had a hard time sleeping. :(

Location was good
The staff at Thirty8 was snobbish. The uniqueness of this hotel was the view of The Petronas and the staff wouldn’t just let you sit anywhere near that view. That was really weird.
