The location, breakfast (the food, view and stuff service), hotel service. Many thanks to Lale Mammadova from the guest relations team, help my family in every request or question, was there always for them and improved the stay and made it unforgettable experience. Thanks Lale And team!

Location is good

We specifically requested quiet rooms as we were travelling as a family with a baby, which the hotel was aware of well in advance. Before checking in, I again asked the receptionist whether the rooms would be noisy and was assured that they would not be. Despite this, we were given rooms on the first floor directly facing the bars, making it almost impossible for us and our baby to sleep. I raised the issue with reception the following morning, but no suitable alternative was offered. We understand that the property was fully booked. However, a request made well in advance, particularly for a family travelling with a baby, and reconfirmed on arrival should have been respected. At the very least, we should have been told that quiet rooms were unavailable rather than being given false reassurance. We also found large spider webs in the room, which became even more visible in daylight. This raised serious concerns about the standard of cleanliness and suggested that the room had not been properly cleaned for some time.

Brilliant location, walking distance from so many wonderful things.

No private Hotel Parking Can't control the air-conditioning temp from the room , it was hot weather and the AC. TEMP. 24 .... the reception employee didn't inform us about having the new building to change our room only at the last night, so it's not worth to change it

الفندق نظيف العزل في الدور الرابع كان ممتاز اذ قفلت النافذه الموقع رائع جدا العاملين عاملين النظافه والويترز في مطعم الفطور كانو رائعين ومتميزين وبشوشين .وحاب اشكر العاملين في خدمات الضيوف على اللفته اللطيفه لولدي بالحلوى تحياتي

بكل امانه الفندق رائع وموقعه ممتاز لكن للمصداقيه كنت في فاميلي سويت ل ٤ اشخاص جدا ضيق وصغير ومافي حتى مكان لعفش يكفي ٤ اشخاص كما هو متوقع وفقط دولاب صغير في الغرفه الرئيسيه للجناح + تعامل موظفي الاستقبال غير لائق بسلسله فنادق كبيره زي ريكسوس مش بشوشين ولا مرحبين وكانك اخذ الغرف مجانا!! وهذا اكثر شي ماعجبني بالتجربه )
