Unfortunately the toilets where smelling like sewers , and also there was construction and it was very noisy all day , and the carpet was not clean at all , it smells like cigarettes all though it's a non smoking area

Herşey mükemmel. Resepsiyondan kat görevlisine kadar herkes çok ilgili. Günlük gönderilen meyve tabakları çok nazikçe. Her gün odalar temizleniyor. Odalar çok geniş ve ferah yemekler lezzetli kahvaltı çok iyi ve lezzetli. Yataklar ve yastıklar çok ama çok rahat. Bütün yorgunluğunuzu alıyor. Diş temizleme banyo setleri sabun ve şampuanlar ve sayamadığım bir çok olanaklar bu otelde mevcut KESINLIKLE HERKESE TAVSIYE EDERIM ŞAHİD hanıma da özellikle çok teşekkür ederim Medine’den sonra Mekke’ye geçip uçağımız Medine’den olduğu için tekrar dönüş yapacağız bu sebepten fazla eşyalarımızı Mekke’ye götürüp getirmemek için 3 günlük emanete aldılar. Daha önce hiç görmediğim bir hizmet. Hamdolsun daha önce Medine’yi defalarca ziyarete geldim. Bu otel Medine’de kaldığım en iyi ilk iki otelden birisi.
