Leonardo Royal London St Paul’s

It was just beyond amazing the Spa topped it all off for us and the staff were so incredibly helpful with every single detail and so so kind! We will most definitely be coming back to this leonardo hotels as we have tried other and they are still amazing but this one definitely stands out the location was perfect we would love to try the rooftop bar next time so it makes us really want to come back

Great location lovely hotel professional staff. Kathleen in the executive lounge was very kind and attentive for my daughter. The breakfast choice was good and the food fresh

The pool was a bit small but pleasantly cool in this heat wave. The roof top terrace is great but sad it restricts older calm teenagers to visit until 4pm only

The gym was large and has good equipment

I booked a stay for 4 nights and I was given a room with no natural light , the window looked out onto the lifts. The fridge didn’t work and room cleanliness was average. Worst of all was the alarm call at just after 6 every morning, which I didn’t request. Each day I complained and then the next day the same would happen. I unplugged the phone and then staff would bang on my door at the same time . I complained to the duty manager but he had no explanation, really inadequate response. I had booked in for rest and relaxation but the hotel did their best to destroy this.

The staff was friendly and serviceable, clearly explaining and answering all questions, the room was well equipped, nice location and bright building, very pleasant atmosphere. And the breakfast was good!

First day the cleaning was very bad in the bathroom, towels thrown over the bad , no vanity set at all , next days the cleaning was better, more accurate and cleaner Unfortunately the coffee was not good at all, even double espresso has no taste . At reception we have been told that breakfast is till 11am, but one day we came at 9:55 and we were informed that restaurant will be closed in 5 min, it was stressful to fit !

Upgraded to an executive room with a view of St Paul's cathedral. A gorgeous room, with everything that you could need, as well as giving you access to the executive lounge. What a lovely benefit with food and drink. Staff also had beautifully prepared a birthday surprise in the room for my daughter. Loved the spa, location, amazing breakfast, rooftop bar with amazing views of the cathedral and comfy bed. Every staff member we came into contact with, were smiley and so helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
