Location is superb. Staff accommodates families with two rooms when possible next to each other and with a connecting door between the rooms.
The elevators are making noise throughout the night. Rooms which do not benefit from the view to the street or river look at the internal courtyard and are exposed to this noise. Cleaning leaves room for improvement. Towels do not always get changed even when obviously necessary. Television entertainment channels have to be paid extra so kids can’t watch even the most basic kids TV. I wouldn’t expect it if it wasn’t for the high price.

I loved this hotel. I’ve stayed in others close by before and would rate Park Plaza County Hall the best. Beautiful room and faculties. Fab bar and friendly staff
