Our rooms, 715 and 716 were both very clean with great facilities. The staff and in particular the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. We ate in your casual restaurant the once agin the staff were helpful and friendly. The meals we ordered (burgers) arrived looking good and they tasted good too.
For me personally the mattress was too soft and caused me some discomfort during my sleep. Breakfast was disappointing in that the cooked items like sausages and bacon looked like they had been there a while. Ditto the croissant etc, dry and unappetising. Coffee from the machines wasn't too bad.

loved this hotel. great location to south bank , london eye etc easy bus service and waterloo tube 5 mins away breakfast was excellent with a good choice we got upgraded so was more than satisfied
