“Very nice, access to the trader’s club is a good plus”
Nice welcoming staff (thanks to Selva at reception, Rabby from housekeeping and everyone at club lounge). Good spa. Amazing view on the Petronas tower. It was nice to have the possibility of having breakfast at the club lounge to avoid the crowds.
The pool doesn’t have sunbeds around it. Additional bed is not very comfortable. The parking should be free and available to guests but a lot of the times it was full and you can’t reserve a spot. Queues at reception can get quite long sometimes.

Location was good, food and breakfast was very good. Rooms are spacious and petronas & park view was good. shuttle service is also very convenient
I did not like the pool on top. It is a good decor, yet it's not clean or enough for swimming. And we could not enter at night because they don't allow kids there.
