Fantastic service, staff were helpful and always greeted you with a smile. Rooms spacious and cleaned twice a day. It is located in a nice quiet area.

I wish it had halal food.

Staff is always very kind and the service is top notch. We love our room too - plenty of space and a clean layout with a tub by the window and separate shower. They also offer a daily happy hour by the pool, which is very decent for being complimentary. Second time staying here and enjoying it just as much as the first.

첫 방콕 여행에서 머문 호텔이었는데, 기대 이상으로 정말 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 도어맨, 프런트 직원분들, 그리고 3층 피트니스와 샤워룸, 음료 바 직원분들까지 모든 분들이 항상 친절하고 세심하게 응대해 주셔서 머무는 내내 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 특히 체크인을 도와주신 Pimmie님과 한국인 Service Excellence Supervisor인 Eric님께 진심으로 감사드립니다. Pimmie님 덕분에 여행의 시작을 기분 좋게 할 수 있었고, Eric님은 머무는 동안 먼저 다가와 안부도 물어봐 주시고, 맛집 추천부터 여행 정보까지 세심하게 챙겨주셔서 방콕 여행이 더욱 즐겁고 특별한 추억이 되었습니다. 좋은 호텔을 기대하고 방문했지만, 그보다 더 인상 깊었던 것은 직원분들의 진심 어린 서비스였습니다. 다음에 방콕을 방문하게 된다면 고민 없이 다시 이곳에 머물고 싶습니다. 방콕에서 편안하고 기분 좋은 숙박을 원하신다면 자신 있게 추천드리는 호텔입니다. This was my first time visiting Bangkok, and I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. From check-in to check-out, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, especially the doormen, the front desk team, and the staff at the gym, shower room, and beverage bar on the 3rd floor. They all made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. A special thank you to Pimmie for making my check-in such a great start to the trip, and to Eric, the Korean Service Excellence Supervisor. Eric always took the time to chat with us, recommended amazing local restaurants, and shared helpful travel tips that made our Bangkok experience even more enjoyable. I came here expecting a great hotel, but what really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. It truly made a difference. The next time I visit Bangkok, I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel and hope many others get to create wonderful memories here as well.

The pool is amazing! The view is absolutely stunning. Staff are so friendly and nice. Especially Eric was so attentive during happy hour! Definitely will be back

First rate - from the rooms to the service. KL on the concierge desk went out of her way to make sure our 38hrs in the city were fabulous
