“Won’t stay again”
Location
We had a lot of difficulty sleeping. The walls are not sound proof and the room next to us was extremely loud all night every night. Tried getting the hotel to do something about it but it was a kid and their parents screaming and yelling so nothing was done. We arrived early also and I thought I would get an early check in since we have stayed here before but they charged us 150 usd to check in early. Won’t be staying here again after staying several times

“Lovely hotel, and if not for the construction we weren’t notified about, it was a lovely stay.”
The Fullerton Hotel is a beautiful hotel, classic style. The rooms are large enough and comfortable. The staff were quite attentive, particularly the Concierge who tried hard to help us solve a problem.
We were not informed about construction work, and the noise impacted the 3 rooms I rented. There was also a smell that impacted our son’s rooms. On the good side, Housekeeping came and verified the smell. The Manager moved our family to other rooms, and gave us a late checkout. I appreciated the attention to solving our problem………so a good and negative comment.

Treated and greeted like family by all the staff. Amazing signature scent throughout the hotel, like jasmine and plumeria! Very good food and lovely like cake and souvenirs shops. Free refreshments by the pool, fresh fruit and mango icecream! Excellent concierge service.
Pool area needs a refresh, although the pool service and day loungers were all very good.
