The restaurant experience deserves the highest praise. The entire restaurant team went above and beyond every single day. A special mention must go to Chef Adnan, whose hospitality, kindness, and impeccable professionalism truly exceeded all expectations. He consistently went out of his way to ensure every guest felt valued and cared for, creating a warm and welcoming dining atmosphere. His passion for his craft was evident in every detail, and his personal touch made each experience feel unique and memorable. He not only ensured the food was of the highest quality but also took the time to connect with guests in such a sincere and thoughtful way, leaving a lasting impression on everyone he met. The three restaurant managers were equally impressive—always present, approachable, humble, and incredibly accommodating. They managed the restaurant with remarkable efficiency and calm, ensuring everything ran seamlessly even during the busiest times. Their attention to detail, willingness to listen, and genuine care for guests’ comfort truly stood out. They made every effort to accommodate individual needs and preferences, always doing so with grace and professionalism, which created a welcoming and well-organised dining environment. We sincerely apologise for not remembering their names, but their excellent service and kindness will not be forgotten. A special mention also goes to the lady at the front desk of the restaurant, who was consistently welcoming, kind, and wonderfully attentive. Her warm smile and friendly manner made a lasting first impression each time we entered, and she ensured that every guest felt acknowledged and cared for right from the start. We apologise for not recalling her name, but her warmth and professionalism left a lasting impression on us. Attentive and genuinely outstanding, the waiting staff were a highlight of our stay. Their friendliness, patience, and consistent professionalism made every meal feel special. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, ensured everything was served promptly and perfectly, and always did so with warm smiles and positive energy. Their dedication and care truly elevated the entire dining experience. The chefs at the egg counter each morning added a special touch to our breakfasts, preparing everything perfectly while maintaining a cheerful and engaging presence. Housekeeping also deserves heartfelt appreciation for their kindness and hard work. Our room was always kept spotless, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Decent location, great atmosphere. Nice, fresh and clean bright rooms with immediate room service available. Totally Worth the value. Not much noise or disturbance and everything easily available and needs are catered to. All amenities are available. Great friendly happy smiling staff. Shows staff are also taken care of. Amazing!

Best to stay if you want to have Tranquility and Spirituality

I recently stayed at Elaf Taiba Hotel and I honestly did not expect to be this impressed. I have previously stayed at Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah and Hilton Madinah, both of which I always considered my top choices because of their standards and overall condition. This time, Elaf Taiba genuinely surprised me and even exceeded my expectations. The location is a major advantage. Being so close to the Haram made everything easy and comfortable, especially for frequent visits. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming. I particularly liked the pleasant fragrance on every floor. It is a small detail, but it leaves a lasting impression. A special mention to Bulbul from housekeeping who went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. His attitude and attention to detail really stood out. The reception staff were also very welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. After this stay, Elaf Taiba will definitely be my preferred hotel in Madinah. I used to choose Hilton, but now they have earned a returning guest

I am extremely satisfied with the excellent housekeeping service. Room 615 was perfectly cleaned and well arranged by Room Attendants Aminul and Tanbir. Their attention to detail, cleanliness standards, and professionalism were truly impressive. Special thanks to our dedicated team leaders Mr. Tuan, Sadek, Ashraful, Amir, and Amar for their strong supervision, teamwork, and continuous support. The entire housekeeping team worked efficiently and maintained a very high standard. Great teamwork, great service, and a wonderful experience overall. Highly appreciated!
