Tv did not have YouTube or cable tv which may be helpful when you have children during your stay.

The staff were amazing and so pleasant and helpful. We had a club rooms which my wife and I loved.

We are still waiting for our security deposit to be returned after 9 days. (Security deposit was 1800 myr, the club room we booked was only 1520 myr for the night) We sent messages via booking.com and no replies at all. Sent 3 emails and finally got an email back today, saying it can take up to 14 days, they said they processed it and just to wait. Really that's not good enough, especially when the deposit is more than the price of the room.

設備が古いのと、外の騒音は残念でした。 バスタブにお湯を溜めたら1泊目は茶色、2泊目は緑色、3泊目はお湯を溜めるのやめました。お風呂に入れなかったのは残念でした。 スイートで楽しみでしたが、そこまでのラグジュアリー館はありませんでした。

We loved the buffet! Variety of food and change of menu daily. The rooms were huge. Comfortable beddings and carpeted flooring. The lobby is beautiful and clean. The toilets had bidets which was very important for us.

We had a disappointing experience with the spa pool during our stay. We were repeatedly asked to leave the spa pool and directed to the "family pool" in the next building. However, upon arriving there, we found that it was not particularly family-friendly at all. The family pool was actually deeper than the spa pool, with a depth of 4.9 feet compared to the spa pool which was 4.5ft. Even as adults we could not reach the bottom. The area was also very exposed to strong winds, making the water extremely cold, and there was no pool heater available. We didn't see other families using the pool during our visit. The only child-friendly facilities provided were a single float for our 6-year-old and a small inflatable baby pool placed at the side, which felt inadequate for a pool that was supposedly designated for families. I hope management will seriously look into this situation and reconsider the current pool rules. The experience left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. Overall, our stay was good and I could have easily given the hotel a perfect 10/10 rating, but because of this experience, I have rated it 9/10 instead. If nothing changes, this may unfortunately be our last visit.
