Loved our stay, relaxing, comfortable znd clean with every aspect of room amenities fully met.
Prices are very high without breakfast and would prefer an inclusive rate.

Location was amazing, spacious and great feel to it, door staff fabulous, welcoming and helpfull
Unfortunately the concierge manager was very negative, he claimed he didn't know about the pre arrangements that had been made, didn't belive me had to show him the email confirmation and still questioned the validity of it. Told me that if I need the same arrangements for other stays that it wouldn't be possible to stay at the hotel and they would not accommodate my request. Called down to reception twice to get tea and milk went down in person as was getting late and was told it would be sent, again after another call 20min later finally the tea bags and mild arrived. Went booking was asked if it was for a special occasion to where I stayed it was my fathers birthday yet nothing more came of it. The majority of the staff were great, helpful and wanted to help it's a shame others let it down so badly

“Excellent stay in a lovely hotel”
Excellent location for visiting London. Across the road from Hyde Park which is lovely and a tube stop 2 minutes walk away. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed in a very clean room. Staff were friendly and excellent.
Room was a bit tight to open 2 suitcases. Room 1103 - Carpet by the bathroom door needs fixing back down.
