“At the Pavillion hotel best prata!”
Karthik made the best prata / roti canai in KL right here at the breakfast buffet in this hotel. The hotel rooms are comfy and big too. Love to come back to the Pavillion for all my stays in KL

“Exceptional Hospitality and a Fantastic Breakfast”
This was my fourth visit to Kuala Lumpur, and I found the Pavilion area very easy to navigate. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Everyone greeted guests with warm smiles and appeared dedicated to providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet was well-maintained, clean, and offered a delicious variety of options. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

“Staycation as part of birthday gift”
No regret no mistake for choosing this hotel for staycation. We really enjoyed staying, dining, using facilities (gym) and discerning shopping at Pavilion KL. Excellent ambience, vibe, cleanliness, hospitality and cosiness. We're made very comfortable by Mr. Frankie who went extra mile to assist us while waiting to move into our room, after check in. Breakfast was delicious and with a wide selection. Excellent service by Kimi, Anita, Nurul and others. In fact after a few days, we returned to Courtyard Restaurant for dinner on a Saturday evening. Also, many thanks to Mdm. Ader for efficient booking arrangements and good advice. We will return here again. Keep it up, you all!

Location and good staff at reception
Staff at the cafe courtyard during dinner were inattentive. They were not around to take orders o. Have to go out to find them. My hotel room toilet was super smoky, like an outlet for smokers ?
