This was an incredible stay! Beyond expectations, beyond accommodating. I booked this room as a surprise for my father's birthday, and when I told the concierge at check-in, we received over-the-top hospitality (decorating the room for the birthday, help with cakes, etc.). I also found that throughout the hotel, every single person who worked there was always accommodating to the guests, without question. The room, view and location are top tier, NOT A SINGLE COMPLAINT!

This is not my first stay at IHG Jakarta. It was great and wonderful, hospitality was superb, cleanliness was good, food was good, overall was super good

Great facilities, great location and amazing staff. Breakfast was pretty good too, enjoyed the sauna and steam room and pool area

The drains in the bathroom were blocked and it flooded

My stay was wonderful as always, love the room. Pillows were a bit to thin for my preference, but everything else was good. One of my favorite InterContinental Hotels. I needed help with my 4 heavy suitcases to be delivered to Surabaya, concierge staffs were super helpful. They were 2 helpful staffs but I only remember Pak Herdiana. They helped me shrink wrapped all suitcases and gave me options on couriers. 👍👍👍

This hotel has people with warm genuine smiles ready to serve, a differentiation from many others. Top location adjoining to mall. Great breakfast, room that is comfortable, clean and things working in the room. Hard to fault :)
