Toilet in my room did not function, the flushing system did not work. i have made 3 complaints during my stay of 2 days to get it fixed. This should be not an occasional issue, indeed hotel should not rent out the room for any customers.

- Clean and comfortable - Space was ok (not big but not too small) we had 2 mid-size top opening luggages - Cozy and user-friendly (lights, TV, curtains were all controlled by an iPad) - Staff were friendly - Self check in and check out
Location was okay, it is about 10 mins walk to Ximen station and main area. While it also relatively near to Taipei main station, I would recommend walking from ximen station instead. Taipei main station is extremely difficult to navigate (unless you are already familiar). There are many exits and some exits are closed as well so what you see on maps may not always be accurate. Convenience stall is about 5 mins walk away and there’s not much to eat around unless you walk to ximen area.

The rooms are very small. Ok for single occupancy but not much room for a couple.
