Заселение было 15:00. После 10 часового перелета, по приезду в отель ранее заселение не сделали и ничего не предложили допустим на бассейне расположиться или кофе чай.

We wanted to relax and unwind in the lobby because we had a long day ahead of us, as our return flight wasn't until midnight. We were treated unfairly by the lobby staff and definitely cannot recommend this hotel.

Big, bright and beautiful hotel as you’d expect from a 5 star. Room had a lovely view of the harbour and breakfast had plenty of choice
Dining experience in one of the restaurants (dockyard) was very average for such a high-end hotel. Was also instrumental music piping in from another floor from 5am. I think the services were overpriced too, even for a 5 star hotel

“An oasis of calm and comfort in crazy HK”
Bit out of the way, but that’s the advantage. Good access to Hung Hom MTR if going into China. Short walk to Whompoa MTR if going to TST, or Ferry if going to HK Island $HK300 cab to airport Staff are EXCELLENT Nice hotel, big rooms and great pool
Our holiday finished and we were very sad to leave
