“SUPERB hotel with Exceptional Hospitality”
One of my best stays in HI Jakarta and maybe ever, Rooms are very clean, the view from the room is fantastic, the hotel staff are super helpful, and the attached mall is the cherry on the cake, 1000 out of 10, will come back again soon Special thanks to Bagus Aji Duty Manager & Alin, Surya from The Lobby Lounge they really made our stay feel like home.

“Five stars hotel”
The service at the Kempinski Hotel Jakarta was exceptional. The staff members were incredibly welcoming and polite across all areas, including the entrance, the lobby, the breakfast area (which offered a delicious selection of food), the swimming pool, and the executive lounge. I would like to give a special commendation to the executive lounge staff who were on duty during the evening cocktail on June 6, 2026, and breakfast on June 7, 2026. Furthermore, to celebrate our wedding anniversary, the hotel thoughtfully provided us with beautiful room decorations. The room amenities were outstanding, complemented by a stunning view of the Bundaran Hotel Indonesia. My child thoroughly enjoyed the exceptionally spacious bathtub and the automated toilet. We will certainly choose to stay at this hotel again for our next vacation.

“Very enjoyable if you come to Jakarta.”
We didn’t feel comfortable walking around the neighborhood as the streets are very dirty and a lot of poverty. This has nothing to do with the hotel rather the city. The hotel was extremely safe and clean and was a haven for us.
