Расположение великолепное, сразу по выходу из метро. Удобно добираться до многих точек как транспортом, так и пешком.
Номер на троих сильно меньше стандартного номера на двоих. Были проблемы с кондиционером.

Uncomfortable bed. Especially the pillows are not good for a 4 star hotel. Staff too rigid about breakfast timing.

“A very nice hotel, would book again”
A really nice, big room. The breakfast was good. The view was excellent. There was a metro station next to the hotel, so it was easy to get around.
There were loud guests (children) in the hallway during the night, and despite repeated requests and calls to the front desk, the noise continued. This was not entirely the hotel's fault, as some guests simply do not know how to behave, but it would have been nice if the hotel had taken stricter action.

“Excellent would stay here again”
Spot on location. Near to the station and the subway line 5 is just at the front of the hotel. Didn't have breakfast so l cannot comment. Plenty of places nearby to eat. Comfy bed and pillows, bedlinen change frequently. Good bathroom and although the room is a little on the small size it is adequate, especially when one considers land is at a premium in Seoul. Laundry is FREE so useful. Staff are very helpful on giving advice on how to travel and get around. l didn't find the hotel noisy. Yes reception was sometimes very busy but the staff dealt with everyone with courtesy and as swiftly as possible. Oh and l loved the toilet/bidet with heated seat
