I wanted so much to like this hotel, but there is so much wrong with it. First off, the rooms are very small-my husband and I are in a “double room,” which is basically a room slightly larger than a college dorm. There are no closets—there are just two wall hanger spots and a few hangers. There is no table to work from, and there is basically no storage in the room. the largest part of the room is actually the bathroom. The so called couch is a joke-it’s more like a chair. Overall, it is starting to feel a bit claustrophobic. The reception is on the 8th floor, and then you have to get off and go up to your room. It’s just a weird concept. On the plus side, there are lots of restaurants nearby, but be aware that this is in a “semi-red light” district.
The hotel was amazing and it's very well placed for travel. The surrounding area wasn't exactly our cup of tea, but I think we weren't the right crowd so can't blame the hotel here. The transport links are amazing to see all the Tokyo.
