Pullman Saigon Centre

I had a solo trip in Ho Chi Minh City last week and I decided to stay at Pullman Saigon for 2 nights to explore all famous places in this city. I have very good experiences during my stay. The food is delicious and staff is helpful and hospitable. Especially, I would like to send my appreciation to Ms. Cam Van operator who helped me a lot for room service recommendation.

Highly recommend Pullman Saigon. I have stayed here more than 4 times and been a loyal Accor member for many years. This time and wife and I stayed for 8 days. I must mention Pullman this time was amazing. I would like to specially mention Ai Vy, who always services our room with such a warm smile, polite, professional and goes above and beyond to make our experience memorable. We will be back and definitely recommend family and friends

The room was very nice with bathtub, and the high sky view. It's convenient and safe to walk around the hotel. The staffs were very nice with service mind. The breakfast's good and variety.

Just the bottles of water in the room have a smell like fuel at the bottle cap.

I returned to Vietnam after 20 years, and I was truly impressed by the service at Pullman Saigon Centre. Upon arrival, I was greeted and assisted by a bellboy whose name I unfortunately forgot. He was very friendly and helped with my luggage from the moment I got out of the car. I also had a wonderful check-in experience at the Executive Lounge with Ms. Ngoc. She was extremely helpful and took great care of me throughout my stay. A special thanks to her for making me feel at home. Every time I visited the Executive Lounge, I was warmly welcomed by her and the entire team. The breakfast on the 3rd floor was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. The gym on the 6th floor was spacious and well-equipped with all the machines I needed for my workouts. The hotel has a great location, excellent facilities, and, most importantly, wonderful staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return on my next visit to Vietnam.

I had a pleasant stay at this Pullman. All staff were attentive and friendly. As an Accor member, I was upgraded to a Deluxe Corner Room with a wonderful District 1 view by Bao. I would also like to thank Phuong for providing a very comfortable pillow. I enjoyed it very much during my stay. Overall, it was a nice experience and I would be happy to stay here again.

I stayed at Pullman for 12 nights and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained. My room was comfortable, and the facilities were excellent throughout my stay. What stood out most was the service. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help whenever needed. I would especially like to thank Viso for the warm hospitality and attentive service. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend Pullman to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to returning in the future.
