What a great hotel, the location was perfectly convenient both for business and leisure. Guests have direct access from the 1st floor to the shopping district and office buildings and we can walk all the way to Osaka Station. It has a modern ambience, the check-in counters were spacious and the staff super-helpful. We would like to especially mention Bakhrom at Reception. His attitude was incredibly professional and he assisted us in early check-in issues and finding rooms that were available. From check-in to check-out, all three of us had him to thank. Breakfast was wonderful. The buffet has lots of hot and cold choices and we noticed they make changes to the choices every day. Wonderful. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathtub is worth mentioning as it was very large and the shower space ample. Yes, it is expensive to stay here but worth it, value for money guaranteed. The rooms and especially the bathrooms were clean and bright with excellent views. Noise level? What noise? We shall most certainly stay again whenever we travel to Osaka again.
The staff was very nice!
The hotel room was awful for the price. The breakfast was some of the worst 5 star hotel breakfasts I have had. The air in the rooms was bad.
Staff absolutely wonderful. Every member of staff we came into contact with was polite, friendly and eager to assist us. The chief staff member we came into contact with was Bakhrom, who was helpful from our initial phone call to him (to arrange for early check-ins and room upgrades) to the time we checked out. Breakfast buffet very good, lots of choices, different items from day to day. The location is amazing. We have direct access to shops and restaurants - all the way from the hotel to Osaka Station. We would love to return.
I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it. The hotel is in a convenient location, with excellent access to the train station. I used the station to travel to Kyoto, Universal Studios Japan, and various areas around Osaka on different days, making it an ideal base for exploring the region. My room was fantastic, and I was fortunate to be in a suite. From check-in to check-out, the staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Prior to my arrival, I had forwarded my luggage from Tokyo, and I was delighted to find my bags already waiting for me in the dressing room when I entered the suite. The attention to detail from the housekeeping team was particularly impressive. I had been using my own soap due to having sensitive skin, and housekeeping clearly noticed this. To my surprise, they thoughtfully left me a sensitive-skin L'Occitane soap bar in the room. It was a small gesture, but one that demonstrated a remarkable level of care and attentiveness to their guests' needs. One experience in particular stood out. I was leaving the hotel one morning and was clearly looking a little confused while trying to work out which exit to use to reach the train station. A member of staff approached me and asked where I was trying to get to. When I explained, she personally escorted me into the adjoining shopping centre and provided clear, easy-to-follow directions through the connected walkways. This was an absolute lifesaver and far easier than trying to navigate the streets. Unfortunately, I did not get her name, but she was working downstairs in the lower lobby area. I would love for her kindness and professionalism to be recognised, as she went above and beyond to help me. I also ate at the hotel every day, alternating between room service and dining in the restaurant. One evening, while dining alone, I was approached by Gerard, the Director of Food and Beverage. We struck up a conversation, and after noticing that I was travelling on my own, he very kindly gave me his business card and told me to get in touch if I encountered any problems or needed assistance during my stay in Osaka. As a young woman travelling alone in a foreign country, I found this gesture incredibly thoughtful and reassuring. My parents, who were understandably a little nervous about me travelling solo, were equally touched when I told them about it. Gerard deserves recognition for his kindness and for going well beyond what would normally be expected of him. The hospitality I experienced throughout my stay was exceptional. Japan has some of the finest customer service I have encountered anywhere in the world, and this hotel embodied that perfectly. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay in Osaka such a memorable one.
Great experience with friendly staff. I want to a special shoutout to Hayato Yasuda, a waiter at the club lounge. Hayato gave phenomenal advice on places to visit and made our trip so much better, he is a real gem! All in all a great stay experience!
An excellent hotel in downtown Osaka with a great range of in-house amenities. The service was superlative - a top north hotel.
