We liked the location, the size of the room and bed, the comfortable pillows, the view and the quiet environment in spite of the busy area, and lastly the helpful staff.

A sewer-like smell in the bathroom, the fact that you had to go out of the room and into a room further away in the corridor to fill a water jug with drinking water, and lastly that the tv offered for additional entertainment apps like netflix etc, only 10-15 channels, out of which 2 only were in English.
