In the CBD area, easy access to the shopping area, and a mall in the basement. The staff were great, and the rooftop bar and restaurant were good. The spa area is first class, with a sauna, steam room, cold plunge pool and jacuzzi

This is by far our favorite hotel in Taipei. The staff and the level of service really make this hotel stand out. The concierge team is exceptional - there is no request that they could not handle and with such warmth and professionalism each time. This extends to the rest of the team as well from the restaurant staff to the bell service and cleaning staff. Our family loves the breakfast buffet with fresh juice bar. The pool is beautiful and well-maintained. And the location cannot be beat - less than a 5 minute walk to the blue line and close to dozens of shops and restaurants, which creates a lively atmosphere both day and night. And for guests who enjoy traditional Taiwanese snacks, there are streets full of small stalls and vendors within a 10 minute walk. We cannot think of a better place to stay.

Excellent location and disco vibes 😂 the bellboy with hair tied provides excellent service . He said he can even provide us with a dining table in the room . Over all , I am satisfied with the service . Thank u so much . Baby friendly and kids friendly hotel .

房間配備都挺好的～～隔音也不錯 床柔軟度剛好 住一晚很舒適（當天還有提早入住房間👍🏻

沒有不滿意的地方 只有覺得電梯設置有點複雜 另外如果飯店有提供飲水機會比較環保 然後在入住前幾天有致電詢問桑拿的設施卻在電話裡沒有告知桑拿維護中短期不開放 覺得下次可以提早告知

スタッフの方々がとてもフレンドリーで親切です。到着日が姉の誕生日だったのですが、チェックインの際に、おめでとうと祝ってくださいました。お部屋は広く、清潔です。清掃時間のリクエストも快く聞き入れてくださいました（状況次第ではあると思います）。10階食堂のモーニングビュッフェも、品数が多く大満足でした！卵料理が複数から選べるのが、特に良いと思いました(^^) 朝食は8時半以降、特に混み始める印象です。ホテルの前には基本的にタクシーが待機しており、外出に便利でした。

My family and I stayed at this property for a couple of nights. Overall, our stay was good. Unfortunately, the taps are not user friendly. Difficult to turn off. There are malls near the hotel and it is walking distance (10 mins) to Taipei 101. Hotel is clean and conveniently located. There are good breakfast shops within walking distance too (6 min).
