Crowd Control & Navigation: The property suffers from extreme congestion. The layout forces guests to navigate through crowded commercial shopping areas simply to access the residential elevators and reach their rooms. This mandatory routing is highly inconvenient, especially during peak prayer times. Room Ergonomics: The bed height in the room was exceptionally high. For individuals of shorter stature, getting into and out of bed was physically awkward and difficult to manage. Lower bed profiles or the availability of step stools should be considered to accommodate diverse guest needs. Conclusion: For a property of this caliber, the lack of a direct, private entrance bypassing the mall and the lack of attention to basic room ergonomics are notable drawbacks. It may not be the ideal choice for travelers prioritizing seamless mobility.
