The restaurant serving the buffet was very good. The location was great.
The carpeting throughout hotel and in our room was all stained. Looked like large nasty dirt stains. The customer service at front desk was not very good. When checking in I stood at the desk for over an hour while they tried to figure out their new checkin system. I watched as everyone else behind me in other lines were able to check in after a shorter wait. I understand new systems but the one man, that appeared to understand it, refused to come over when asked for help. And after waiting all that time, I wasn’t even offered a complimentary drink or breakfast.

Прекрасное расположение, отличные завтраки, удобные номера и кровати(да номера небольшие и отель уставший, но все было удобно). В номере хорошая шумоизоляция-соседей не слышно! Отличное обслуживание в ресторане на завтраке
Бассейн все время был закрыт. Пару раз из-за грозы(тут вопросов нет), а в остальные дни что-то там делали и мы так и не смогли им воспользоваться. Хотя отель выбирался в том числе из-за наличия бассейна для летней жары. И еще был неприятный момент-разбили бокал в номере, остались мелкие осколки в ковре-несколько раз звонили и просили прислать кого-нибудь для уборки. Отвечали-да, сейчас, и так ничего и не произошло
