Estuvo genial, el mejor hotel calidad precio de toda ruta Japón

Tuvimos un problema con el olor a pintura de la habitación pero nos solucionaron el problema rápidamente y sin incidencias

This place is in the perfect location right in the vibrant Dotonbori near the river. It is very stylish & modern inside & out and has automatic facilities for checkin and out which is super efficient. The staff were also very friendly and helpful

the location is amazing. this is 2 mins walk from the glico man! room size is big given in japan. I cannot ask for more!

We've stayed at the Cross before and while the prices are starting to creep up, you can't beat it for comfort, location and connections. We find the rooms quite large by Japanese standards and the beds comfortable (also a challenge in Japan). The bathroom /wet room is excellent - the best we've had in Japan. There is a microwave on every other floor as well as vending and ice machines. Good coffee in the room too. The restaurant was being renovated when we visited but there's plenty of places to eat nearby. We can catch the train straight from Kansai to Namba Stn which is perfect after a 9 hour flight and then its just a short walk from the hotel. It's a block away from Dotonbori and the izakaya in American Village. I know we will stay again the next time we come.

It can get a bit noisy on Fri/Sat night as the boy racers come out to show off but the soundproofing is good and it's all quiet by midnight. It is after all, in one of Osaka's biggest entertainment precincts.

Unbeatable location just off the canal. Helpful and friendly staff. Large well equipped rooms. Gorgeous Japanese style shower.

Lack of enough lifts can take 10-15 minutes to get down in peak times.
