Too good ! Excellent service. Amazing breakfast. Specifically Max, James, Nelson and Mr Joe at breakfast for remembering my food preferences.

This hotel is simply amazing. The rooms are outstanding and have everything you could possibly need with views to die for. They are also spotlessly clean. The staff are what makes the hotel truly special though. They are so friendly, efficient and caring. My daughter said "they make her feel like a queen". I definitely would not want to stay in any other hotel in Hong Kong.

Great views, impeccable thoughtful service during our entire stay, by all departments including concierge, housekeeping and front desk. The limousine pick up does cost more than the AirPort Express but you get this wonderful view of water islands and bridges and in room check in. Upgraded to a suite which was much appreciated, along with the cake and champagne for a significant birthday. B & B rate includes in room set breakfast. The hotel porter took us to the airport train check in and then escorted us to the train platform! They took such great care of me when I was ill and by myself last time that I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

It was a much-needed getaway for us as a couple. Our flight landed late and we were exhausted. Our Harbour view room was ready with a personal note & turndown snacks . Our stay was so luxurious in every way. Service was attentive without being overbearing. Staff were proactive to let us know they were around to help if we needed anything. Food was so good at breakfast buffet & the Lounge. Cantonese Dim Sum was mind-blowing (in a good way); we have never had such unusual, interesting and delicious dim sum before. Every item was a delight to the senses. We were so fortunate to have a table for the weekend. Hotel location is excellent: directly connected to IFC mall, Airport Express and MTR station . Overall, our perfect stay just made us feel it was over too soon. We’ll be back when we come to HK again!

This was our third time staying at FSHKG, and I'd highly recommend it especially when you are visiting HK when it's not at its hottest month. The location is a tiny bit far out, but it's very walkable to anywhere in central/Soho/LKF as long as the weather isn't too punishing. Service here was impeccable, and we particularly enjoyed the lounge bar in the evening with live music. It had such a lovely atmosphere, we even prefer it to Argo, which made fantastic cocktails. Room was extremely well maintained and everything here is to a very high standard. Great hotel.
