I've stayed at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong several times, and from my first stay I knew I would continue to visit. Later, I brought my family and friends to stay as well. Although some new hotels have opened in Hong Kong, the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong's prime location in the Convention Centre area, coupled with its consistently high level of service since opening, is the reason for its high occupancy rate. Besides accommodation, the hotel's dining is also excellent. My clients and I had lunch at the hotel's Chinese restaurant once, and I noticed that the hotel occasionally has special dining collaborations, which I hope to try in the future.
