Location was great, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. Service in all areas of hotel was exceptional.
The room size was generous, the pool area was very clean and just great for cooling off after a long day sightseeing. Lots of choice at breakfast.

The breakfast is the same every day You have to ask the staff to refill the food as most are looking at their phone's I hear other guests say the food is not nice I had food in the restaurant at night it was very nice To improve you MUST improve the quality and variety and have a vegetarian option

“All you guys made my day!”
All of the hotel staff were extremely helpful, especially the restaurant manager at breakfast. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for his name, but he wore a dark red uniform every morning. He greeted every guest warmly and often asked whether we had any suggestions for improving the service. My only suggestion is: could you please stop being so good at your jobs? You made it very difficult for me to leave because I genuinely didn't want to go! The hotel's security was also excellent and made me feel very safe throughout my stay.
The only issue I encountered was in Room 905. The shower was very difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature—it was either too hot or too cold, with little in between.
