كانت إقامتي ممتازة جداً، والطاقم متعاون وودود ويقدم خدمة راقية. الغرف نظيفة ومريحة والخدمات كانت على مستوى عالٍ من الجودة. وأشكر العامل Vinod على اهتمامه الكبير بالنظافة والترتيب وحرصه الدائم على راحة النزلاء، فقد كان أميناً ومتعاوناً للغاية

Mr. Shaker and Mr Deepa worked hard to satisfy our need

Bed was terrible for my back. Ac not working in bedrooms only in living room, Had to sleep with doors open to get air. Coffee machine broken. Water pressure kept interrupting in a strange way.

The flat itself is clean and spacious.

They filter which delivery driver they allow upstairs. The reception staff open your bags from the driver's hands and filter what you buy. (I sat in the lobby waiting for my ride and watched them do it to every driver..Which in itself is odd and feels like a breach in privacy). For non food items they allow them upstairs to deliver to the room directly. If its restaurant, they dont allow the driver upstairs. If it was an "all-no" upstairs delivery for security reasons like other hotels i would understand, but thats not what this is. More like a passive-aggressive message to the hotel guests that if they dont want to buy their food from the hotel then they dont deserve door to door delivery. Ugly policy if you ask me, for this alone i would not return and not recommend to others.
